As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Medium sized Residential and Nursing home
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Managing and training staff
- Conducting assessments to create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans tailored for each resident.
- Ensuring work areas and practices meet safety requirements and adhere to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
- Promoting residents independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high-quality care and continuously seeking improvement.

The ideal Home Manager will have:
- A nursing qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in a Nursing Home management position
- A good knowledge of CQC compliance
- Evidence of Good, or Outstanding CQC inspections
